pkzz Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. General Terms and Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pkzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the pkzz website at pkzz.bet. This Agreement applies to all products and services available on the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and the cashier.

By completing the registration process and creating a pkzz account, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account and must not use the pkzz platform.

This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative and legally binding version. Any translation, summary, or paraphrase of this Agreement in any other language is provided for convenience only and does not carry legal weight in the event of a dispute.

1.1 Scope of Services

pkzz provides an online betting and gaming platform offering sports betting markets (including pre-match and live betting on cricket, football, and other sports), live dealer casino tables, slots, crash games, and related promotional services. All services are provided on an "as available" basis, and pkzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service at any time.

1.2 Language and Currency

The platform operates in English. All account communications, support interactions, bonus terms, game rules, and legal documents are published in English. Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed using the ৳ symbol. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in BDT through the supported local payment channels.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction (18+)

3. Account Registration and User Obligations

To access the full range of pkzz services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account is accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your official identity documents, or a payment method registered to a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active pkzz account at any time. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account using the same identity, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Registering a second account after a previous account has been closed, whether by the player or by pkzz.
• Using another person's account to place bets, access promotions, or conduct transactions.
• Allowing another individual to use your pkzz account.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkzz reserves the right to close all related accounts, void any bets placed, and retain any balances derived from bonus activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkzz login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkzz will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkzz operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and at other points in the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension. pkzz will handle all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pkzz — deposits into your account balance and withdrawals of winnings — are processed exclusively through the supported mobile financial services and banking channels listed below. pkzz does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile money account or bank account used for the most recent deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15–60 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

• pkzz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

pkzz periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement and any game restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real money funds are used first for all bets placed while a bonus is active.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. 5.3 Expiry of Bonus Offers

All bonus offers carry a stated expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account, not from the moment it is first wagered.

6. Betting and Casino Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pkzz are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market, as published in the sportsbook rules section. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, pkzz will settle affected bets in accordance with the applicable sport rules — typically voiding bets and returning stakes.
• pkzz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

6.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements reflecting real-time match developments. pkzz operates a slight delay on live betting to protect the integrity of the market. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. pkzz accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing a live bet within their intended time window.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on pkzz are provided by third-party certified software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkzz platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on pkzz.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic exploitation of promotional offers; hedging bets across accounts to guarantee profit from bonus funds.
• Arbitrage and matched betting using bonus funds: Placing opposing bets designed to cancel risk while satisfying wagering requirements using bonus money.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live casino formats.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform without human direction.
• Account sharing: Allowing a third party to access, control, or operate your pkzz account.
• Money laundering: Using pkzz in any manner intended to conceal, convert, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.

pkzz cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities and may report suspected money laundering or fraud activity to appropriate agencies without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your pkzz account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt during standard support hours.

8.2 Closure by pkzz

pkzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.
• Court orders or regulatory directives requiring account restriction.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, your right to access pkzz services ceases immediately. Real-money balances will be returned where there is no evidence of fraudulent activity. Balances derived entirely from uncompleted bonus wagering will be forfeited. pkzz will retain account records in accordance with its data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

pkzz provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of its platform, its content, or the game outcomes produced by third-party providers.

9.1 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkzz's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkzz shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

pkzz is not responsible for errors, defects, or malfunctions in games provided by third-party software studios. Where a game provider error results in an incorrect payout — whether an overpayment or underpayment — pkzz reserves the right to correct the error in accordance with the game provider's technical determination. Players who receive an overpayment due to a technical error are required to notify pkzz and the overpayment will be reclaimed from the account balance.

9.3 Internet Connectivity

pkzz is not liable for losses or missed betting opportunities resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, mobile network outages, or any other technical issue on the player's side. Players in Bangladesh experiencing connectivity issues on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks during live betting sessions should be aware that bets submitted during a disconnection may not be recorded.

9.4 Force Majeure

pkzz shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, pandemics, or major infrastructure failures affecting the internet in Bangladesh or the systems of its payment or software partners.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

pkzz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address associated with their account. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated version number and effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pkzz with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
